. Are you able to EXPORT PDFs from the plugin’s EXPORT tab?
– If no, is the PDF form listed in the “Select PDF file to work with:” dropdown field on the field map layout?
– If yes, sounds like the PRO2PDF shortcode is not correctly configured.
