    Good day,

    We have a form that attaches the PDFs but they are ZERO bytes and cannot open them. This is happening on a few forms, but we do have one form that is working.

    Please assist us with troubleshooting this.

    I’ve seen this happen when I didn’t use the correct layout ID or data ID.
