Hi there,
Love your product & have been creating pdfs without trouble (I purchased 1 site/2 form version). Recently however, a couple of pdfs timeout and won’t show, another doesn’t merge ‘name’ field, but shows all the rest. All of them are incredibly slow to load, if at all.
I hope you can point me in the right direction to get them working again. I’m happy for you to take a look if you like.

We are glad you are finding the plugin useful! Be sure to delete any test, unfinished, incomplete or unused field map layouts. If the problem(s) still exist, then, yes, we’d like to take a look and see if we can find any issues. Please complete this form to provide access.
