LarryParticipantsubmit the form and gave you access… something weird is happening

LarryParticipantwhat did you do or change?
its very important for me to know what changed and how it was fixed?thanks
adminKeymasterWe simply Deactivated/Activated the Formidable Forms and WordFence plugins, then all began working as expected. We do not believe this issue was related to PRO2PDF, but rather a recent update of another plugin, as there were other issues with ‘saving’ data and files to the server…

LarryParticipantwell I’m happy things are working now and you acted quickly to help, but
1) there was another site (which you didn’t have access to) that was not working, but is working now2) on the tab, under the hood:
when it was not working:
/tmp is writable: Yes
/tmp can have files: No
/tmp write successful: No
/tmp delete successful: Yesobviously, now they are all set to yes
3) so turning the plugin on / off on the other site didn’t happen, but its working now
I’m trying to understand WHY it stopped working to being with?
thanks
adminKeymasterCould have been an issue with the server, however, the issue was not with PRO2PDF as we have over 2000 installations with none experiencing this issue.
We suggest submitting a support request with the hosting provider(s) to determine if they were experiencing an issue.
