Hi,
Our new site is not live yet. I’m working on adding a Driver Application where they can edit it and either print it or resubmit. I’ve downloaded your plugin, but not sure if it can do this because I don’t see my form.
Thank you for your assistance.
Please verify the following;
1. You created a Formidable Form to capture the driver application data – and submitted at least one dataset.
2. From the Field Map Layout screen, you uploaded a pre-made PDF Form.
3. From the Field Map Layout screen, you created a Field Map Layout by mapping the form fields.
4. From the Field Map Layout screen, you tested the map by selecting the Formidable form, dataset, layout and clicking Export.Which step are you finding an issue?
