there seems to be a topic in the bugs forum but no one is replying to it and the plugin basically isn’t working

Version 3.16 installed, licence key added

New mapping don’t work and the previously created one seem to have disappeared. When trying to download a generated PDF, we get an error ‘PDF source can’t be loaded.’ even though the PDF file previously used is there. Tried to add a new copy of the file and create a new fields mapping, but it doesn’t get saved.

This is impacting business operations, so please look into it ASAP and get back to me with a solution.
