i just buyed the plugin formidable to pdf and nothing is working by this plugin
1.i tried the demo form with pdf and i got this errorThere was an error generating the PDF file.
This form has not been activated yet. Click here to manage your activated forms.i have only 2 forms and booth are activated
2.i tried to merge a form with pdf and in the field
Select the dataset to export:
is nothing i saw the youtube video i respected the steps but nothingi use formidable forms lite do i need to buy this to?
if is no solution for all this i want a refund

The plugin works for more than a thousand users daily. Sounds like the error message is not accurate, if possible please complete this form so we can take a look at your installation. If not possible, then please send a screenshot of the Under the Hood tab, and the “full” Export tab with a Form, Dataset, and Layout selected.

We were unable to recreate the issue you’ve described. After logging in we were able to export this PDF using the ‘superior’ field map layout without changing any settings:

We did find that the LayoutID in the “On Submit” message box needed to be changed from layout=”999″ to layout=”1002″ to match the correct LayoutID and the FormID needed to be changed from form=”qr6df2″ to form=”fp2p_demo122″.

now i have 2 more problems
1.when user fill the form and select only one check box in the pdf file appear all check boxes selected2.when user fill the form i receive in admin email 2 pdf one filled with the user data and one blank
any solution for this

1. For PDF checkboxes, uniquely name each PDF checkbox field in the group and make sure the “EXPORT VALUE” for each field matches the Formidable Checkbox option value. Then map each PDF Checkbox to the corresponding PDF Checkbox field.
**If further checkbox support is needed, email the PDF and a link to the web form to us so we may be more specific to your form.2. You have two field map layouts that for the same form that are set to send a PDF attachment. Delete the other/unused or abandoned field map layout to fix your attachment issue.
