Is the annual pricing plan only for support purpose or I have to pay and renew the plan every year in order for the plugin to work?

There are so many plans, I am confused. What’s the different on “INTRANET” vs “Intranet”?

The annual internet subscription fee covers support as well as the service. When using the internet version PDFs are processed on our server.

When using the intranet version you must have PDFtk installed on your server and annual renewal for updates and premium support is $39.

1.) So, If my site is running fine , then I don’t have to pay for the renewal in order to keep the plugin running right?

2.) PDFtk is free or..? How do I install it on my server (I am using share hosting)

. Correct, with the intranet version, you do not have to pay for the renewal in order to keep the plugin running.
. PDFtk is available here, and requires shell access or the hosting provider to install.
