Hi guys,
My form is working really great but I have one issue I need help resolving. I used the “PDF password” option to protect my PDF file. When I open the PDF on my desktop, sign it, then try to “print to pdf” to remove the password it won’t print. Blank page. How do I get rid of the password or use “print to pdf”?
adminKeymasterThis is an issue with Adobe Acrobat which we have no control over. Once a PDF is ‘digitally signed’, including using Adobe’s ESignature service – by design – Acrobat won’t print the document to a PDF file. This has been an issue for many years as we personally use digital signatures in our real job.
The workaround is to use a third party PDF print driver, such as Microsoft’s Print to PDF driver, and most others, to print a digitally signed document from Acrobat to PDF.
A google search of the topic shows how long this has been an issue.
We remain at your service.
