I’m trying to upgrade my plug-in of PRO2PDF from 1 site 2 forms to 1 site 10 forms. Your upgrade page is not working. The 2 options for purchase are 1 site 40 forms or 1 site unlimited. Can’t find 10 form variation nor will it let me pay. It tries to transfer to PayPal and hangs.
