Hello, We are having problems with certain fields not mapping as identified on here: http://abcommercialcleaning.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/employment-app-marked-up.pdf. Original PDF attached is here: http://abcommercialcleaning.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/employment-application-5-4-17.pdf. The radio buttons are much larger than original.
We checked the PDF, although the file is a bit too large, all appears to be working as expect on our server.
Regarding the Radio Button size, our plugin does not have functionality to change the size of fields, it may be a font size issue which is set in the PDF form creation software.
Which PDF Form creation software are you using? We are willing to take a look at your field map layout if you complete this form.
