i have purchased the full package. sometimes and ever more frequently some field-content from Formidable Forms Pro are not display in the generated pdf and also they are not saved in the database … what’s going wrong…

If field data is not saving in Formidable Forms, then PRO2PDF will not merge any data to the PDF. Any issue saving field data is a Formidable Forms support question, not PRO2PDF. However, before you ask them for assistance, ask your hosting provider to make the following PHP setting changes, and test the issue…

post_max_size = 512M
output_buffering = 4096
max_execution_time = 300
