Hi,
I have been using your free version as I only have one form. It has been working fine for over a year but now I suddenly get this error when generating the pdf.
There was an error generating the PDF file.
This activation code is not valid.How can I get this resolved ASAP?

CheungIt is possible you are receiving an incorrect error. Try this… From the plugin’s EXPORT tab, select the Form, a Dataset, and the Field Map Layout, then click the EXPORT button.
Does the merge work or do you receive the same error?

If the merge works, there is an issue with the shortcode, please use the form link above to send us a screenshot of the shortcode and the top part of the Field Map Layout to show all the settings and at least the first mapped field.

We reviewed the screenshots and everything looks okay. This issue has occurred once or twice before, however, we were not provided credentials then so we were unable to determine the cause.
There could be an issue with the nonce, or the plugin may have been altered, we just can’t tell without logging in and tracing what is being sent to our server.
You can try…
…regenerating nonce and other secret keys inside wp-config.php (beyond our support)
…use our new E2Pdf plugin as a work-around
…provide login credentials here so we can locate the issueWe remain at your service.
I am having exactly the same issue. The Export merge does not work – same error – This activation code is not valid. Will send screenshots.
