when I try to activate my licence I can’t they tell me

I’m loosing time and my event is in 10 days it’s not normal when I check my account in your site here is what I find :

Please help I’m loosing so much time I’ve written to you already and with no answer.
We did reply to you with the message below:
This key expired in August of 2018 and must be renewed prior to upgrading. Optionally, you can pay the remaining balance of $2 to renew the current version to manually, or we can refund your upgrade fee to allow you to renew automatically by logging in here and clicking the “Renewal” link.We have activated the key through tomorrow as courtesy to allow time to renew.
