    I cannot get this plugin to activate. It keeps telling to activate..
    what to do

    Each time we hear this, it is that the user did not install the Formidable Forms plugin.

    sorry, I understood now. Now I am at a point where I have to map the form fields to the pdf, but the pdf is not showing.
