Today I started getting the following error with attached PDFs:
There was an error generating the PDF file. Your server wasn't able to upload PDF file: Connection timed out after 120001 milliseconds
Checked that activation is okay. LONG pause on listing the “under the hood” part, and saw something peculiar in the output:
…
Plugin folder: formidablepro-2-pdf
PHP version: 7.2.22
WP version: 5.2.3
FrmAppHelper: Yes
Trial: No
PDFTK: No
System: No
CURL: 7.65.3
CURL error: Failed to connect to http://www.idealchoiceinsurance.com port 80: Connection timed out
CURL test: No
…What is that idealchoiceisnurance.com part coming from?? Is this related?
When I click on “Activated Forms”, it takes FOREVER, and finally shows:
Your licence key is (my key here, it was listed correctly).
It is valid until 01/01/1970 <———- (this is incorrect)
With this activation code, you can register up to sites and up to forms. Click here to deactivate this key.You have sites and forms left.
you do not have any active sites
But I DO have 1 active site, and 1 active form.
How do I fix this?

adminKeymasterThis is the third similar request we have received in the past hour. We are working to find the cause of the issue and we will not stop until the error is resolved and full service is restored.
At this time we do not know the cause or origin, but have confirmed the issue is effecting several users but is NOT server-wide.
We remain at your service and will update you as soon as we know more.
gregoryParticipantThank you very much!! 🙂
That “idealchoiceinsurance.com” thing kinda freaked me out.. Like is it attempting to CURL() some malware?
adminKeymaster“idealchoiceinsurance.com” is the server here PRO2PDF was originally created and is a known part of the plugin, it’s not related malware.
We remain at your service.
gregoryParticipantWonderful! (that’s a load off!) I’ll look forward to the resolve of the timeout stuff. Thanks for doing what you do!
GregoryGuestAny word on this? 🙂

adminKeymasterAll issues were resolved yesterday (approx. 15hrs ago) which was a loss of critical server resources. Please confirm you are not experiencing any issues, if you are let us know what’s happening.
We remain at your service.
GregoryGuestWe’re DEFINITELY experiencing the issue still.

GregoryGuestJust for some more information… I “deactivated” the license key so that I could “reactivate it”.
Attempt to reactivate times out.
