Hello
I’m trying to login to the website to renew my license. The renewal pages are not secure. It keeps redirecting to login page. Logging in just redirects back to the login page. When I try to reset password (although it’s correct because I use 1Password app), it just redirects back to the same page and no reset password email is sent (I’ve checked spam folder).
Is there some problem with the website?
What’s best way to renew before licence expires please?
We have tested and confirmed the login page to be working correctly, try clearing your browser’s cache and/or try a different browser to renew your license key.
Optionally, you may manually renew for one year using this form to submit the renewal payment.
