    I am having issues doing an upgrade. Don’t you just pay the difference? It seems that it is wanting to charge me the full amount. Thanks.

    Yes, you should just be charged the difference. What is your current plan and what plan are you upgrading to?

    My current plan is 1 site/10 forms. I tried to use the upgrade option to 40 forms/1 site but after that is selected it makes me choose from the “add more forms” list, and from there is starts increasing my total to checkout and pay for. Hope that made sense.

    We just tested the upgrade form by changing “Select Your Current Plan” to 1-SITE 10-FORMS and selecting the option Upgrade to (1 SITE | 40 FORMS) and the amount shows $15, which is correct.

    If you are unable to see the same results, please use this form to manually upgrade your key.

    That is correct- it does the same for me. But there is a required field that pops up and I have to choose either add more forms or add more sites. It won’t let me continue until I check one of those options and select an amount from either choice and then the amount starts to go up.
