Hello,
I have created (June 21) a support ticket and I need your help for troubleshoot this issue.
Forum : Bugs and Troubleshooting “There was an error generating the PDF file – This activation code is not valid.”The situation becomes extremely difficult to manage for our association.
We cannot print pfd files for registration and get it signed by members.I created (June 19) the first ticket on https://formidablepro.com
and after many conversations I Discovered that I should create a ticket on your website (June 21).Meanwhile I even bought a new license to correct the problem but to no avail (June 21 – Invoice ID 382649 “Jean-Louis GUERAUTL”)
We really need your help I do not know how to handle this situation.
