Can you please explain what the UNLIMITED INTRANET version. It says Unlimited Offline Use. Are the forms stored and access from our local servers? Is there a way the integrate the forms portion with our website online but still have the forms portion Offline or at least have the forms and/or data stored locally on our servers?
All data and forms are stored on user’s servers at all times with any version of PRO2PDF, we do not “store” forms or data on our servers.
However, the UNLIMITED INTRANET allows users to “merge” stored data from an unlimited number of Formidable Forms using a locally installed version of PDFtk, and no data or PDF files will be transmitted across the internet.
You can install PDFtk on your web server if you want to merge online Formidable Forms to PDFs transmitting data or forms across the internet.
Keep in mind, images and signatures are not merged when using the Intranet Version or local PDFtk.
