We are suppose to have unlimited forms

We purchased in 9/12/15. We are now getting below error:
You can generate only 1 PDF form, because your server has to have pdftk installed for PDF generation. Please install it. Alternatively, you can activate Formidable PRO2PDF if you want to use more forms.We have tried using original key. but get below
