Sean SealeGuest
Hi forks,
I followed all the step in your video and can’t get the “select dataset to export” field to display anything.
At the top of my screen, I do have a message stating that “You can generate only 1 PDF form, because your server has to have pdftk installed for PDF generation. Please install it. Alternatively, you can activate Formidable PRO2PDF if you want to use more forms.” How do I instake PDFTK on the server if I don’t own the server? And when it comes to activating the plugin (I need more than 1 form), where do I find my licence number??
Thanks in advance!
adminKeymasterQuestion regarding the “Select dataset to export” field, have you submitted any data into the form? If not, it’s required!
If you do not have control of your server, you will likely not be able to use a local version of PDFtk, therefore, you need an activation key.
To receive an activation key you must purchased the plugin. If you have purchased the plugin, check your spam folder or provide your order number to have the activation key emailed to you again.

Sean SealeGuestOk so I have to be saving entries for it to work. Got it. Now, if I want only the last entry (the one that was just submitted) to appear, I use the [id] for the dataset in the shortcode, just like the video shows. Is that correct?
adminKeymasterYes, and use the shortcode in the Form’s “On Submit Message Box” or a Formidable View to generate a link on a page or post.

Sean SealeGuestI put the shortcode in the email notification and it seems to have worked. Will this cause any issues down the line? Will it still dynamically be filled with each current entry?
adminKeymasterYes, works in the body of Email Actions too, with no issues down the line.
