    “Autoscaling” is actually a PDF function within the Font Size called “Auto”. PRO2PDF does not control the font size. Check your original PDF to be sure the field font size is set to “Auto”.

    Your refund was issued based on your request made to us, not Paypal.

    Opening a payment dispute with any online vendor is never necessary without first allowing the vendor at least 24 to 48 hours to issue the refund. It just makes everyone’s job harder for absolutely no valid reason.

    Other services, such as Stripe, charge and penalize vendors for every dispute – even a simple refund request. So give them a chance to refund you without losing additional money due to unnecessary fees. It’s a good online business etiquette and karma.

    Humm…. the mapping sounds correct.

    Check the “Export Values” for the PDF fields “IFTA license” and “Cab card”. They should match the FF dropdown field values exactly. Use copy/paste to be sure they match! The fields are both space-sensitive and case-sensitive.

    The error “We’re sorry. It looks like you’ve already submitted that.” comes from Formidable Forms, not PRO2PDF. It sounds like you are unable to submit the Formidable Form.

    Try testing from the PRO2PDF EXPORT tab to check the functionality of PRO2PDF, and let us know if you receive an error.

    If the PRO2PDF export works, take a look at this Formidable Forms post”We’re sorry. It looks like you’ve already submitted that.” and contact Formidable Forms support regarding that specific error.

    Yes, PRO2PDF works with multi-page forms. The described issue sounds like it’s coming from the original PDF form or abandoned/nonworking Field Map Layout(s).

    Are you expecting three PDF attachments or are you expecting just one?
    Can you merge all three of the PDFs from the PRO2PDF Export Tab?

    The Field Map Layout may be connected to a different Formidable form.

    Try this. Deselect the “Limit Field Map to use Dropdown” setting.
    PRO2PDF → SETTINGS → UNCHECK “Limit Field Map to use Dropdown” → SAVE

    Now the Field Map Layout will show up no matter which Formidable Form is selected, and you’ll be able to see which Formidable Form the Field Map Layout is actually connected to.

    Are text fields mapping correctly? If so, the dropdown should work the same. Try mapping the dropdown to a PDF text field that is known to work when mapped to a FF text field.

    Confirm the plugin registration key is active.
    Confirm you can export the PDF from the PRO2PDF Export tab.
    Confirm there are no unused/incomplete/abandoned PRO2PDF Field Map Layouts for the same form that sends email attachments.

    After checking the site, all appears to be working as expected. PRO2PDF does not change the dimensions of the uploaded image, and the images uploaded to the entries on the site are very large. Too large.

    – Consider using a plugin to reduce the size of the images to fit the text box.
    – Is the margin that you see the edge of an image in portrait mode?

    Yes, that is likely the cause of the issue.

    Remove ALL unused, incomplete, discarded, and abandoned field map layouts from your installation – especially those with email attachment(s) selected.

    Let us know if the issue is not resolved by removing the field map layout(s).
