    Yes, there are a couple of ways to accomplish the described functionality. We’d setup an email action to send on “Update” and configure a PRO2PDF field map layout to attach the PDF to the email action. Then, create a view or another form for Admins to edit the hidden fields.

    Verify that the “Enable secure links” option is selected on the plugin’s SETTINGS tab.

    If assistance is still required, reply with a screenshot of the PRO2PDF shortcode being used to create the link, and an example of the resulting link that causes the error.

    PDFs are not stored, they are only generated on demand by a link or when attaching to an email the original file is automatically deleted when the email is sent.

    We do offer a $10 add-on plugin that will allow you to save PDFs to a folder on your server but not online storage services. Complete this form if you need the add-on. Be sure to enter the email address associated with your PRO2PDF activation key.

    Saving PDFs to the local server is a standard option with our replacement plugin, E2Pdf.com.

    Our apologies for the issues you are having with the login process. Try clearing your browser’s cache and/or try a different browser. We have reset the account password and tested the temporary credentials which was emailed to the artem address on the account.

    . Are you able to export a merged PDF from the plugin’s EXPORT tab?
    . Is there an embedded form in the 1 Formidable form?
    . Try deactivating the 1 Formidable form and then activate and test a different Formidable form with a new pdf that has only one field. If the merge works, try activating the correct form and test it by merging to the new one field pdf. If it works, there may be an issue with the PDF. If the merge does not work, it may be an issue with the Formidable form.

    You must add a 2nd email action to the Formidable Form’s SETTINGS tab, then check the new action’s box in Field Map Layout on the PRO2PDF “EXPORT” tab.

    If you still don’t receive the email attachment, check that you do not have any test, failed, or abandoned field map layouts for the same form with the “Attach file to Email notifications” option checked. If any exist, un-check the “Attach file to Email notifications” to avoid any conflicts.

    There is currently no way to rotate images. Uploading them is your only work-around. We will reply again after reviewing the code options to see if it’s something we can add for you.

    CSS and HTML languages do not work in PRO2PDF. Fonts and text styles are controlled by the PDF Form Field Settings, not our plugin. Be sure to embed all fonts in your PDF Form before uploading to PRO2PDF.

    Yes, add another Email Notification action with the Admin’s email address in the TO: field. Then, select YES on the “Attach file to Email notifications” option on the field map layout, then check the box next to the Admin’s Email Action.
