    That’s great news!

    To change the dataset title text;
    – Open the PRO2PDF Field Map Layout
    – SELECT the radio button called “Use as Dataset Name?” located to the left of the field map whose data you want to show as the dataset title.
    – Click SAVE at the bottom of the field map layout.

    While we are keeping PRO2PDF running, we are only advancing the development of E2Pdf. E2Pdf is the most advanced PDF generator for WordPress.

    We are not aware of any installations with the described issue. There may be a timeout issue, or if no email is being received, there could also be an SMTP plugin issue.

    To troubleshoot
    – Create a Field Map Layout, only map a couple of fields, and only add one email notification.
    – Disable the SMTP plugin and test using the native WP email functionality.
    – Test and let us know the results.

    Uncheck the “Local PDFtk” setting…
    PRO2PDF → SETTINGS → UNCHECK “Enable local PDFTK” → CLICK “Save Changes”

    Check the Field Map Layout and make sure the email action is checked.
    From WP Dashboard | PRO2PDF | EXPORT | Select Field Map | Check “Attach file to Email notifications=YES” and check the FF email action is also selected.

    If all is correct, try creating a test Formidable Form and Field Map Layout. We are checking if the issue is only with old forms or with new forms too.

    Version 3.06 (and above) of PRO2PDF does work with PHP8. Can you provide the full error message that is received by mail or inside the error.log?

    The Intranet Version must be purchased separately. Keep in mind this version requires your server to have PDFtk and does not merge images or signatures.

    Verify this option is checked under PRO2PDF→SETTINGS “Enable automated layout creation for new field maps”

    If checked, then verify the PDF field names match the Formidable Form field names, exactly.

    If both are verified, we need to troubleshoot your PDF form and/or the plugin installation to determine the issue. If possible, upload the PDF to this form and include login credentials if you want us to login.
