It appears the fields showing the ‘strange characters’ have the PRO2PDF format dropdown set to a “Repeatable” or “Image” option. We would likely need to see the field map layout and the resulting PDF to determine exactly what is causing the issue.

Yes, simply create the PDF with the image and a PDF form field over the image, or without the image with a large PDF text field to hold the image and a normal size PDF text field over the larger text field, then map the field(S) to the web form with our plugin.

If you do not have control of your server, you will likely not be able to use a local version of PDFtk, therefore, you need an activation key.
To receive an activation key you must purchased the plugin. If you have purchased the plugin, check your spam folder or provide your order number to have the activation key emailed to you again.
