Currently, our plugin works exclusively with Formidable Forms. Our new version will work with many other plugins but it’s not expected to be released until the first quarter of 2018.

adminKeymasterYes, you can use the checkboxes and Formidable’s conditional logic to determine which of the plugin’s shortcodes are presented for a download link on a page, post or the body of an email. However, sending PDF’s by email may be a little more difficult to accomplish, we would need to know the complete workflow to determine if PDF attachments would be possible.

Based on your request, it appears you have been able to setup field map layouts so you can see forms in the “Select the form to export data from:” dropdown, but now you are unable to see one paticular form – is that correct? What happens if you add another test form, can you see that form? If yes, try changing the name of the form or duplicate the form and let us know if you can see the duplicate.2)
To delete previous field map layouts, from the Export Tab… select the layout from the “Field Map to use:” dropdown and click the “Delete Entire Field Map” button at the bottom of the field map layout.3)
Please elaborate on your last question: “I am unable to do anything is the “format” column, I thought the form image would look similar to the on in the image but it does not – is that section a change to the plug-in?”We remain at your service.

To fix, select the blank named field map layout from the “Field Map to use:” dropdown field, then enter a name into the “Name of Field Map (will be used as default filename):” field and click the “Save Field Map” button at the bottom of the field map layout.
If this does not solve the issue, send a screenshot of the field map layout with the blank field map selected in the “Field Map to use:” dropdown field to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com, or complete this form to have us take a look at your installation.

If you are using the shortcode on a page or post, you’ll need to create a view and place the view’s shortcode in the page or post.

adminKeymasterWe are not able to display a PDF on a WP page, we can only open the PDF in a browser. As a work-around, we make a Formidable View that looks like the PDF, then add the accept/reject/edit functionality to the view.

With this configuration the Activated Forms tab should only show the sub-site’s forms, not all forms.
