Sounds like Formidable values are not actually, “Full”, “Part”, but are “Full Time”, “Part Time”… Try to copy/paste the Formidable checkbox values to the PDF export values and re-upload the PDF with the same filename to overwrite the existing PDF so there’s no need to recreate the field map.

No, currently our plugin only works with Formidable Forms. It may be possible to use REST API to populate a Formidable Form from your custom form to provide near seamless functionality.

Yes, you control where the shortcode is placed, and when the email is sent. There are many ways to accomplish the desired result. We are able to provide hands-on support through Fiverr.com or we can provide support for specific questions here.

From the EXPORT tab, Select the Webform and FIELD MAP LAYOUT, then copy the SHORTCODE to the Form’s “On Submit” message box. Be sure to change the dataset=123 to dataset=[id].
You can also use the shortcode parameter to auto-download the PDF or open the PDF in a new browser window.

The number of forms means how many Formidable Forms can be activated to merge data to any number of PDF forms.
The number of sites means how many sites the activation key will work on.
For your activation key you can request to mix and match your forms/sites… so for 1-Site | 10-Forms you could request us to change it to 5-Sites | 6-Forms… or any other combination.

Yes, the plugin will accomplish the described task, keeping in mind the plugin merges data to PDF form fields but cannot expand or grow fields, sections, or add pages.

Our plugin is a service that requires an annual fee to continue using the service. However, purchasing the intranet version only requires the installation of PDFtk on your web server to avoid paying annual service fees.

We have confirmed Formidable’s “Real Estate Listings” template is showing in all installations following a recent update. While the existence of the form does not effect the functionality, operations, or licensing of the plugin, we will remove the form from the list in our next plugin update.
In the meantime, you may delete the template to remove it from the PRO2PDF forms list, or wait for the next PRO2PDF update.

“Real Estate Listings” is a Formidable Form Template located on your templates tab. However, templates should not show up in your list. Let us know if “Real Estate Listings” is the only template listed in your Formidable Template tab or if there are others.

Blank PDF attachments are caused by additional field map layout(s) for the same form. Delete all unused, test, and abandoned field map layouts or change the settings to not send attachment by email.
