2.5MB is large and large files can cause a timeout error depending on internet and/or server traffic. If possible, make the PDF file smaller by;
1. Limiting the number of fonts
2. Embedding Fonts into the PDF (like this)
3. Optimizing images prior to adding to the PDF (More about optimizing PDF’s)NOTE: As a workaround you can also use the shortcode in the email body to provide the recipient with a link to download the PDF file anytime.
While we monitor your account, we are also willing to check your PDF file, if possible, email current PDF to support@formidablepro2pdf.com for further evaluation.

Map a Formidable Checkbox field to the PDF using a PDF Checkbox Field. The PDF Checkbox field “VALUE” must equal the Formidable checkbox field value. (use Copy/Paste to ensure duplicate data).
NOTE: To be sure, the checkmark symbol itself is created by Formidable and Adobe, you should not use an ASCII checkmark as a value. The “VALUE” should be the data that is selected by the user on the front-end (or the value of Formidable’s Separate values function).
Please review the Checkbox Field page and if you need further assistance with your method of use, please provide specific information about the checkbox field values on the both forms, and your desired result.

We have not experienced any Error 500’s, so my first thought is that is was a coincidence that it happened while working on a Field Map Layout. Error 500 is the most common and generic web error on the web! What is the status now? What is the URL?

After the yearly subscription, the plugin reverts back to the free version 1-SITE | 1-FORM and without the paid features.
The plugin uses Formidable’s Email Notification Action, which allows emails to be sent to admin, a different email, or an email address that is entered into the form.

The dynamic field works like a text box. It can populate the value of a checkbox only if the checkbox’s value is equal to the value of the dynamic field.
Can you provide more specific information regarding the desired functionality and final result?
From the Field Map Layout, select the “NUMBER” format option and choose the US currency format (1,000.00), but this does not add a $, you can add a $ sign in the PDF document by adding $ text in front of the PDF Field, and set it for left alignment.
Or, if using Adobe Acrobat, may also be able set the text field mask to a currency format (untested, but may work).

Our plugin is designed to fill-out a formatted PDF forms (job application), and using Formidable’s email notifications will send the PDF as an attachment on form submission, along with any uploaded files using Formidable’s File Upload field.
The plugin can also send a link in the body of the email that, when clicked, will regenerate the PDF at any time.
Saving PDF’s to the server can be accomplished with a $10 plugin add-on.

The plugin will only merge Formidable field data, not WordPress user data. User meta data would need to be saved to a Formidable text field.
The “Limit Field Map to use Dropdown box” setting, limits the ‘selectable’ layouts in the “Field Map to use:” dropdown, only to the layouts that are associated with the form that is selected in the “Select the form to export data from:” dropdown. In other words, it just prevents you from selecting a form and a layout that do not work together.
Again, yes… I think… can you provide more specifics about the user meta data, and the ‘use field dropdown’, not clear on what you are referring to.

Change the dataset=”xx” shortcode parameter to dataset=[id] and ‘poof’ – it works!

Yes. The paid plugin will send PDF’s as attachments for each layout that is created with settings to “send email attachment” when a form is submitted.

User and role access is now built into the plugin. Update the plugin from the WordPress plugin page to use the new feature.
The feature can be set from;
. Shortcode Parameter: shortcode parameter (role=”administrator” or user=”10″)
. Field Map Layout (two new options)
. Globally (new options in the setting tab)Priority is in the same order, first the shortcode, if no setting there, then defaults to the layout, and if no setting exists, then the plugin will use the global setting, which defaults to ALL if nothing is set.
To add multible users or roles, seperate each with a comma (i.e. role=”Editor”,”Administrators” and user=”10″,”11″,15″)
