Does the merge work from the plugin’s export page by selecting “the form to export data from”, “the dataset to export”, and the “Field Map to use”?
Are there any other field map layouts created for the same form that were tests or are incomplete? If so, delete them and try again.

If the field that creates the QR code is an Adobe form field, then yes the plugin can merge data to the field. If you have an example PDF, email it to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com for confirmation of the plugin’s capability.
Check the PDF Field Value to make sure it is the same as the Formidable value. (use copy/paste to be sure)

We have an add-on plugin available ($10) that saves the merged PDF to your server, which should accommodate the woocommerce paid download file requirement, however you’ll need to contact woocommerce to find out how/where to save the file. Test the merge to make sure it works from the plugin’s Field Map Layout screen. (obvious, I know… but… you never know… you know?) If it works, then;
1. Check for any other layouts for the same form that are also set YES to send email attachments. (Sometimes unused test layouts or incomplete layouts that can cause the attachment to fail.)
2. If possible, delete the current email notification and add new email notification with a different name. (If not possible to delete the email notification, then add a condition to the email notification that will stop it from sending and add another email notification with a different name.)
3. Select the new notification by selecting the checkbox and save the Field Map Layout, then test and let us know if it works.
4. If it fails, complete this form if we may take a look at your installation, or try the test again after adding support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com to the CC of the new email notification and reply here with your test results.

Yes, the info at http://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/repeatable-field/ is still accurate, except you can use just one Formidable FieldID for each line of the map, like this…
From the field map layout screen, map the repeatable section to the PDF Location1 field and select the new format option “Repeatable (separate fields)” then type Location1’s Formidable field ID into the text box just like in http://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/repeatable-field/, then repeat the steps to add your other fields each as it’s own map line item: Other1, Type1, Floor1 and Conditon1 all mapping to the same repeatable section except you’ll change the fieldID to correspond to the correct Formidable field.

The shortcode is failing because you left out the dataset=[id] part.
Also, the shortcode could be less complicated by changing the values of the dropdown list to the layoutID’s, then just make the layoutID equal the form field ID, like this…
[formidable-download form=’44tmf035′ dataset=[id] layout=[5346]]However regarding email attachments, they are not controlled by the shortcode, they are sent based on the Layout settings. There is currently no way to stop attachments using shortcodes.
You can, however, place the shortcode in the email body, you’ll be able to click to download the correct PDF.
Let me know if you want me to change the dropdown field values and shortcode for you, as we remain at your service.
Update your plugin to use the new “Repeatable (separate fields)” format option which does exactly what you’ve requested.

In the PDF Form, select the “Multi-Line” setting for the text field that needs to be a paragraph text field. Then reupload the PDF form to the plugin.
Optionally, you can also select the “scroll long text” checkbox if you want the data to scroll beyond the available space…
