My error logs are filled with these errors as well, even if not identical, I’m sure the cause is the same . The error is logged every time I click/reload site, even in WP admin. Even when I’m on pages that have nothing to do with forms. I’m not sure what it affects, plugin seems to work, however, my logs are filled with it, and finding any other errors is basically impossible, as these push everything out. Error is logged literally every few minutes, or whenever there is activity what it seems. I host with WPEngine, and I’d be more than happy to provide access to my staging environment if necessary.
